When you submit a form on this website, we collect what you choose to give us:

• Your name, business or organization name, email address, and phone number
• Your city and state, website or social media link, and preferred contact method
• What you tell us about your business, your industry, team size, the help you are looking for, and how you heard about us
• Program specific details for scholarship applications and nominations, referral partner inquiries, professional connection requests, event inquiries, and career inquiries
• Your email subscription choice and your text message consent choice, recorded separately with a timestamp, the page or form it came from, and the exact wording you agreed to

When you buy the Business Assessment, we receive your name, email, and order and payment status from our payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers.

Our hosting and infrastructure providers process standard technical information such as IP address and browser type in order to serve and secure the site.

• To respond to your inquiry and have a real conversation about your business
• To deliver, schedule, and support the services you purchase
• To review scholarship applications and nominations
• To make professional introductions when you ask us to and give permission
• To send transactional messages such as receipts and scheduling details
• To send marketing email only if you affirmatively opted in
• To send text messages only if you affirmatively opted in
• To keep records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

We use a small set of providers to run the site and our services. They process information on our behalf:

• Stripe, for payment processing of the Business Assessment
• Our hosting, database, and authentication provider, for the website and stored submissions
• Our email delivery provider, for notification and transactional email

We may also share information with a licensed professional or service provider when you ask us to make an introduction and give permission on the form. We may disclose information if required by law.

Email subscriptions and text message consent are optional, separate, and never required to buy a service or submit a form. Checkboxes are never pre-checked, and we never add you to text messaging because you subscribed to email.

To stop marketing email, use the unsubscribe link in any message or email admin@liveplanbuild.com. Where text messaging is used, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency may vary.

We keep a record of your consent and any opt-out, including the date, the source, and the wording shown at the time.

We keep form submissions, order records, and consent records for as long as we need them to serve you, keep accurate business records, and meet legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.
