Services

Not a menu of products. A partner who looks at the whole business.

Most problems do not live inside one tool. They live in the space between the phone, the schedule, the invoice, and the follow-up. We meet businesses where they are and help them build what they need next.

Let's find what is actually costing you.

One business, many moving parts

The phone, the schedule, the invoice, the follow up. We work in between them.

Start with what is happening

Pick the sentence that sounds like your week.

You are not choosing a package. This just shows the level of help that usually fits a situation like yours. You don't have to figure that out before we talk.

What this looks like at work

A landscaper sends 12 estimates a week and follows up on maybe four, because following up means remembering. The other eight are jobs nobody asked for twice.

Usually a

Quick Win

Typically $1,500 to $3,500

One clear problem that is costing time, customers, or attention right now.

We pick one focused improvement and build it, without rebuilding the whole business around it.

  • Missed-call follow-up
  • Simple scheduling or intake
  • Estimate and customer follow-up
  • One repetitive administrative task

You don't have to figure that out before we talk.

One problem. One defined solution. One measurable improvement.

Ways to work with LPB

How deep the work goes, and what it usually costs.

Every business is different. These ranges are designed to help you understand the level of investment involved. Your actual scope and investment are determined after we understand what your business needs.

  1. Quick Win

    Focused problem

    $1,500 to $3,500

    Expected investment range

One clear problem. One focused project. A practical solution.

For businesses with a specific problem or opportunity that does not call for a full business transformation. Exact scope depends on the project.

    • Website improvements or a focused build
    • Booking and scheduling
    • Lead capture or CRM setup
    • Customer communication and basic automation

Includes an implementation handoff and 30 days of post-implementation support unless the proposal says otherwise.

  2. Business Foundation

    Connected systems

    $4,000 to $7,500

    Expected investment range

When fixing one thing is not enough, because several parts of the business need to work together.

These engagements address multiple connected areas at once. The point is connection. Not a pile of separate tools, but a foundation where the pieces work together.

    • Website and customer journey
    • Lead capture, CRM, scheduling
    • Customer communication and branding consistency
    • Automation and business workflows

Includes 90 days of post-implementation support, so the owner and team learn the systems, use them with confidence, and get reasonable adjustments.

  3. Business Build

    Comprehensive transformation

    $10,000 to $15,000+

    Expected investment range

For businesses where the problem is bigger than one system.

Our comprehensive engagement, for owners facing real operational friction: disconnected systems, repetitive manual work, lost opportunities, or a business that leans too heavily on the owner. Scope is customized after the conversation and discovery.

    • Business processes and internal workflows
    • Customer journey and customer experience
    • Website, CRM, lead management, scheduling
    • Communication, automation, technology integration

Includes 90 days of post-implementation support. Going live is not the finish line. We stay involved for adoption, training, troubleshooting, and the friction that only shows up in real use.

  4. Continued Support

    Optional long-term partnership

    $750 to $2,500+ per month

    Expected investment range

The build may be finished. The business is not.

After the included support period, you can choose to keep LPB involved. Responsibilities are set in your support agreement, and not every plan includes every service.

    • Website and system maintenance
    • Automation monitoring and optimization
    • CRM support and workflow improvements
    • Strategy, periodic reviews, technology updates

Completely optional. Nothing we build is designed to be unusable without us.

After the build

Launch is not the end of the LPB process.

  1. Build
  2. Implement
  3. Learn
  4. Use
  5. Refine
  6. Own

Then, if you want it: optional continued support.

Your business. Your systems. Your control.

We build systems for your business, not systems designed to keep you dependent on us. Where it applies, you get administrative access, control of your business accounts, data, and configurations, documentation suited to the project, and the training needed to run things normally. You will also know exactly what LPB manages and what your business manages.

Control of third-party platforms is always subject to those platforms' own terms.

What the included support period covers

Included support is reasonable help with what we implemented: questions, troubleshooting, adoption, training clarification, sensible adjustments, and fixing implementation issues.

New systems, new functionality, new campaigns or pages, new integrations, or bigger changes outside the original scope become their own project or a continued support agreement. We will talk it through before anything starts.

Not sure where your business fits?

You don't have to figure that out before we talk.

Implementation is where recommendations become real systems.

The objective is not simply to make the business more sophisticated. It is to make the business capable of handling more customers without creating more chaos. Because sometimes the biggest risk is not that nobody comes. Sometimes the biggest risk is that everybody comes at once.

Not sure which one you need?

Let's find the gaps together.

Most owners come to us knowing something is off, not knowing exactly what. That is a fine place to start. Book a conversation and we'll figure out where the friction is.
