Why we created it

People carrying too much is not a technology problem. It is a capacity problem.

Organizations doing important work often operate with limited time, limited resources, and people carrying far too much.

We know better systems, technology, automation, and processes can create capacity. We also know that not every organization doing meaningful work has the resources to invest in that support.

The LPB Services Scholarship is one way we can help.

AI is a tool. People are the mission.

For organizations doing community work, technology should create more capacity for people to focus on the individuals, families, members, clients, donors, volunteers, participants, and communities they serve.

We are not looking to automate the humanity out of an organization. We are looking for places where technology can carry more of the repetitive operational load.

We build technology around people, not people around technology.

What a services scholarship may include

The scope depends on what you actually need.

Donated services are shaped around the selected organization. Not every recipient receives every service.

Part of our job is figuring out what the actual problem is before anyone recommends software, automation, or AI. If all you know is that something needs to work better, that is enough to apply.

We read every application with real attention. Things we may consider include:

Services scholarship terms

Submission of an application does not guarantee selection. Scholarship services have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. The scope, timing, and services provided will be determined by Live Plan Build in collaboration with the selected recipient. Live Plan Build reserves the right to determine eligibility and program fit.
