You may use this website for lawful purposes only. Please do not attempt to interfere with the site, access areas you are not authorized to use, scrape or republish content at scale, submit false or misleading information through our forms, or use the site to send unsolicited messages.

Forms on this site are for genuine inquiries. We may decline or discontinue service for any request that appears abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful.

The Business Assessment is a paid, standalone deliverable. Pricing is confirmed with you in writing before any payment is requested. It is not a consultation call and it is not a sales call. Payment is processed securely before the assessment is scheduled. There are no financing options, payment plans, subscriptions, or add-ons associated with it.

After payment, we contact you to schedule the assessment and to collect the information we need to complete it.

To cancel, reschedule, or ask about a refund for a Business Assessment, contact sales@liveplanbuild.com or call (515) 717-8881. We handle these requests personally and will tell you clearly what your options are.

If a refund is issued, it is returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, refunds typically appear within five to ten business days. An assessment is not scheduled or delivered while a payment is refunded or reversed.

If a payment fails, is declined, or expires at checkout, no assessment is scheduled and you are not charged. You can start checkout again at any time from the Business Assessment page.

Work beyond the Business Assessment, including implementation, ongoing support, and project work, is agreed separately in writing before it begins. Scope, timing, fees, and responsibilities for that work are defined in that separate agreement, which controls if anything in it differs from these terms.

We use third party providers to operate this site and our services. Payments are processed by Stripe. Website hosting, our database, authentication, and email delivery are handled by our hosting and email providers. We do not store full payment card numbers.

Software and tools we recommend or help you implement are governed by their own terms and pricing, which are between you and that provider.

Live Plan Build provides consulting and implementation services. We may refer business owners to licensed professionals for insurance, legal, financial, accounting, and other regulated services. Those professionals are independent. They are responsible for their own advice, services, licensing, and agreements with you.

A referral is an introduction, not an endorsement of any specific outcome, and it does not create a professional relationship between you and Live Plan Build for that regulated service.

The LPB Services Scholarship provides donated services to selected nonprofits and community organizations. Applications and nominations are reviewed by Live Plan Build and selection is at our discretion. Applying or being nominated does not guarantee selection, and the scope of donated services is defined with the selected organization.

All scholarship applications, nominations, and questions are handled at scholarship@liveplanbuild.com. Details and current deadlines are on the scholarship page.

Email subscriptions and text message consent are optional, separate, and never required to buy a service, submit a form, or work with us. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message. Where text messaging is used, you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency may vary.

We may still send you service messages related to a purchase, a scheduled assessment, or an active project.

The content on this website, including text, layout, graphics, and the Live Plan Build name and logo, belongs to Live Plan Build. Please do not copy, republish, or use it commercially without our written permission.

Materials we create for you as part of a paid engagement are covered by the agreement for that engagement.
